What we collect

Your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and order history. That is what it takes to get a parcel to your door and help you if something goes wrong.

Why we collect it

To deliver your orders, send order emails, answer your questions and handle returns and refunds. If you sign up to our weekly email we use your email address for that, and you can unsubscribe any time.

Payment data

Stripe handles all payment data. Your card details are encrypted and go straight to Stripe. We never see them and we never store them.

No data sales

We do not sell your data. Not to anyone, not ever.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your basket working and to see which pages people use, so we can improve the store. We do not use cookies to follow you around the internet.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@tolv.co.uk and we reply within 4 working hours.

If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
