Who we are

TOLV is a trading name of Robert Scotts Commerce Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14252682. Our registered office is Unit 2 Forty Acres, Coombe Road, East Meon, Hampshire GU32 1PP. VAT No. GB 428 709 962.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch email, and that is when the contract is formed.

We take payment when you place the order. Payments are handled by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

If a price is wrong on our side, we honour the lower one. The price you see includes VAT and delivery.

Delivery

Delivery takes 5 to 7 working days, tracked, to addresses in the UK. We show your delivery dates before you pay.

If your order does not arrive by the dates shown, contact us and we put it right.

Returns and cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. We go further. You have 30 days, no quibble and no forms.

Tell us by phone or email with your order number. We send a prepaid returns label the same working day. Your refund lands within 3 working days of the parcel reaching us.

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we send a replacement first and ask questions later.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.
